1. Turn on the phone without sim card
2. Unlock screen if necessary
3. Press sequence: Menu, Back, Back, Menu, Back, Menu, Menu, Back
4. Select Service info
5. Select SimLock
6. Check if there is an X in the brackets. This tells you what level your phone is locked to.
7. If X is on NETWORK and value on the right is different than 0 or unlimited, you can unlock your phone.
8. If it is 0 or unlimited, the counter is blocked. Unlock by code is NOT possible.
Alternative Method:
1. Turn on the phone without sim card
2. Type *#*#7378423#*#*
3. Select Service info
4. Select SimLock
5. Check where is X
6. If X is on NETWORK and value on the right is different than 0, you can unlock your phone.
7. If it is 0, the counter is blocked. Unlock by code is NOT possible.
Example:
[X] Network 10 <= This means you have 10 attempts to enter the code and network is still locked.
[ ] Network Subset 10
[ ] Service Provider 10
[ ] Corporate 10
[ ] Sim 0
